5.7.11 - Just happy to be here!
Ever since Steven Tylers book came out, people have been emailing me about the short film he talks about that I did for the 2008 European tour. We had spent MONTHS touring the globe, and were coming back to the US for a final leg at the end of the summer, I thougt it was only fittting to have a "Welcome home boys!" type of news reel to open those US Shows. Now this is a band who historically likes to give feedback, make changes on everything they do. Understandably. But, I remember I just went and did this on my own, showed the band, they all laughed, and it was done. We changed the ending for every city, and i'm hoping to upload one soon with better quality. It's also notable that he calls me a 'cinemetographer' when I was directing the whole time... go figure? Harper Collins is making those changes.

My short film "The Captivus" is playing at the COURT METRAGE, at the Cannes Film Festival in May. Pretty cool! Now, it's not playing in competeition, but, it will be playing, for people to see.

8.14.10 - SITTIN’ N TOP OF A MONSTER....
Being a kid from Boston, having the chance to work for Aerosmith was a dream come true. Like going to Fenway Park. But to film Aerosmith AT Fenway Park???? I can’t begin to describe what I was feeling when it all went down. Trouble is, due to some paperwork, we almost didn’t! 14 hours before the show, my producer Keith Garde called me and asked me if I was ready to shoot. I thought he was joking. It was just a week before when Steven Tyler had called me and said ‘Let’s do something special for Fenway” That’s when it hit me. There was only ONE PLACE he could play Dream On.....video to come as soon as i getp
