Casey Tebo earned his wings directing live concerts for artists ranging from Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Judas Priest, Velvet Revolver to Run DMC, Jennifer Hudson and Sarah McLachlan.   Tebo has directed large scale broadcast events for Disney/ESPN, NFL, and MTV and specials including VH1's "Fashion Rocks," ABC's "Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve" and Hard Rock Cafe's "London Calling."

While working as an editor on Aerosmith's "Rockin' the Joint" in 2003, front man Steven Tyler thought he saw something special in the shots Tebo was calling and aptly told him, "You should be the one directing."  And as they say, that was that.

An offshoot to live directing, Tebo has made the successful transition to commercial director, creating spots for NASCAR, Mercedes-Benz, USA Today and The US Lottery. His first narrative short film “THE CAPTIVUS” was released in March 2011.

Tebo wrote, directed, did all of the production design, and built the set for THE CAPTIVUS. It's a green film, as all the materials were found at local dumps around Boston.

Prior to becoming a director, Tebo was a visual artist who’s work has been published in Rolling Stone, Spin, and Playboy.
